The Heart is the most powerful energy centre. In higher states of awareness it opens you to joy, love, harmony and peace and moves you out of ego states.
As you begin to trust the heart, it brings healing through all the layers of the energy body, mentally and emotionally. In these higher states of awareness the embodiment of your Soul fully engages for you to live in alignment with your true self.

The Heart Series is a series of meditations connecting your heart into the heart of the Universe which includes the Higher Heart activation. This allows us to tune into our true heart desires in a relaxed state, free from fear and emotional trauma enabling emotional release, forgiveness and transformation through unconditional love.

The Higher Heart connects strongly to the immune system. Its vibration assists during times of infection, aiding strength of healing through the etheric body and also connecting to the Christ Consciousness. Bridging the physical and the spiritual bodies, opening up to connections with higher consciousness and all sentient beings.

As parts of us become deeply compassionate and loving, you respond in love to whatever fear is within you and your emotional body, allowing it to heal and move through you.

The heart frequency allows for intimacy, vulnerability, gratitude, and compassion for yourself and for others. The higher the frequency vibrates, the more you become at peace with yourself, others and the World.
