We are constantly challenging ourselves to do better, to be better. We live in a sense of responsibility for everyone. For many of us we feel compelled to help others on their journey.

Through principles of mindful solidarity you begin to assess what has power over you and how to live a more balanced life. Solidarity requires the cultivation of wisdom and discernment to bring forth compassion all of which are deeply rooted in our nature. We are bound together as part of society, enhancing a sense of unity.

We can learn to move beyond ourselves and into the true nature of love and out of the notion that has been developed through pre existing identity. By developing more awareness, the consciousness reconnects to the higher being, becoming a more genuine version of yourself.

The momentum of the heart embodies selflessness, letting go of versions of ourselves we believe to be true and cultivating love and care for yourself that reflects out to others. As the heart softens, relationships with others become more peaceful and have a greater degree of genuine dignity.

As you start to release attachments, recognizing patterns and cycles of beliefs there is less mind pollution and more Soul retrieval.​ Each session includes a relaxing mindful meditation to embody the essence of principles.
